Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please provide:

- The email address used for the order
If the order has not yet entered the shipping process, our team will assist you with the cancellation.
Orders That Have Already Been Shipped
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.
In this situation, customers may refer to our Refund Policy or Returns & Warranty Policy for further assistance.
Processing Time for Orders
Orders typically begin processing within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During this processing period, customers may still request order cancellation.
However, once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
Refunds for Canceled Orders
If an order cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear.
